Privacy Policy

PouchLog is a hobby open-source project. We respect your privacy and data.

What we collect

• Login Data: We use Google Firebase Authentication. We only see your email or user ID to keep your account secure.
• Usage Data: We store the logs you create (pouch brand, strength, time) in Google Cloud Firestore so you can access them across devices.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics to see anonymous traffic statistics.
• Contact Data: If you use the contact form, your optional name, email address, selected topic, and message are sent by email so we can reply. The message itself is not stored in Firestore.
• Spam Prevention: Firestore stores only HMAC-anonymized identifiers derived from the request source and normalized email, together with rate-limit counters and timestamps. Raw IP addresses, email addresses, and message content are not stored for this purpose.

How we use it

Strictly to provide the service (showing you your history and charts), reply to contact-form messages, and prevent contact-form abuse. We do not sell or share your data with anyone.

Your Rights

You can delete your entire history and account data at any time using the "Delete All" button in the app settings.
